Mô tả công việc
Conduct market research and assessments to identify potential partners.
Approach and establish cooperative relationships with new partners, maintain and develop relationships with existing partners.
Handle issues related to contracts, propose cooperation terms. Ensure projects are on schedule and provide clear updates to all stakeholders.
Plan and implement campaigns and cooperation programs with partners.
Receive and manage potential customers from Marketing.
Collaborate in other Marketing team activities.
Advise customers and partners on products and services through various channels: email, phone, direct meetings, etc.
Report on work results, business outcomes, as well as issues, needs, and concerns of customers.

Yêu cầu công việc
University graduate in relevant fields.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (Prefer candidates with experience in IT Outsourcing companies).
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Good interpersonal and business thinking skills.
Experience in implementing IT projects (especially e-commerce) is an advantage
Experience in implementing business development strategies.
Experience using CRM systems like Zoho CRM, Hubspot, etc.
Proactive in work, willing to take on new challenges.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (Prefer candidates with experience in IT Outsourcing companies).

13th month & Performance bonus.
Full salary probation.
Insurance 60% of total salary.
All employees are involved in social insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, periodic health examinations, etc.
Provide laptop and monitor.
Work From Home policy: 24 days per year (2 days per month).
12 days of Annual Leave (Employees who have worked at Kimei Global for 1 year will have an additional 2 days of summer leave).
Holidays are based on the annual announcement of the Government.
Company trip, annual health check, year-end party: Once per year.
Activity outdoors, happy hour in/out office, Birthday gift.
Free parking fee.
Various snacks and drinks in our bar.
Gifts for Children's Day, Women's Day, and Men's Day
Working time: Monday till Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
