Position: Accountant Manager
Level: Manager Department: Accountant
Report to: Head of Accountant

Job Purpose: Receive information from the Head of Accountant and arrange assigned tasks effectively, while ensuring progress, coordinating with HoA and related departments to achieve the best results.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements.
Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
Coordinate and complete annual audits.
Provide recommendations.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Meet financial accounting objectives.
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
Process:
Ground 1: Interview with TA Lead via online GG Meet.
Ground 2: Interview with Hire Manager - Head of Accountant via online GG Meet (according to arrangement of TA Lead).
Receive offer letter, support from HR department to on-board.
