Your responsibilities:
Own two critical workstreams:
A) Partnership Development
Market research & ecosystem mapping in target geographies; identify, build and grow a qualified partner (referral/alliance) pipeline.
Qualify, negotiate and activate partnerships
Co‐create and maintain an enablement pack (capability deck, brochure, rate card, email templates, website pages).
Track and report partner‐sourced leads/opportunities in CRM
B) Account Management (Existing & Partner‐Referred)
Plan and execute follow‐ups with partner‐referred prospects.
Own the end‐to‐end sales cycle for partner‐referred leads, from discovery and scoping/estimation with Presales/Delivery to proposals, presentations, negotiation, and contract closure.
Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts: lead kick‐offs, oversee delivery governance with the PM/Tech Lead, manage escalations and change requests.
Drive renewals and upsell/cross‐sell opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate billing and collections in line with company processes.
Yêu cầu
The ideal candidate:
At least 1 year experience in Sales/BD/Account Management for IT services/outsourcing with English-speaking markets.
Proven experience with partner-led motions and account growth; strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
Ability to learn and use innovative selling technologies to engage clients, and identify new business opportunities
Excellent communication skills; ability to tailor verbal and written communications to adapt to different cultures, clients, and colleagues at multiple levels
Ability to prioritize demands from multiple clients while developing solutions that solve complex business problems
Demonstrated ability to build trusting working relationships with clients and colleagues
IELTS 7.0 or equivalent certificates
Bachelor's Degree; IT background is a plus
