We are seeking an Account Executive to play a key impact in the launch and growth of a new business unit, driving our brand's expansion and global impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Receive and analyze client briefs to understand project requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop well-structured plans, proposals, and quotations.
Present project proposals and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate and close contracts with clients.
2. Project Management
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and expectations are met.
Track project progress, resolve issues, and provide updates to clients and stakeholders.
Define SEO implementation strategies and ensure alignment with client goals.
3. Business Development
Support the agency's growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, pitching solutions, and closing deals.
4. Data Reporting
Prepare comprehensive reports demonstrating ROI and the impact of SEO efforts on client goals.

5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM)

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience: At least 2 years of experience with proven results as Account Executive/Business Development/ Project Manager. Experience in a Marketing Agency Environment & SEO knowledge is a big plus.
Skills: Strong planning and organization skills with customer-centric mindset.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. IELTS 7.0 or above.
Attitude: Possess a proactive, can-do attitude that motivates others and aligns with our FIRE values; willing to be a builder at an early-staged unit.
