• Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.
• Managing clients by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
• Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and manage contract renewals.
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
• Perform other duties as requested by superiors.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant fields.
• At least 5 years in a similar role.
• Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
• Excellent knowledge of business, financial services, insurance, banking,... is Plus.
• Experience in client relationship management.
• You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Interpersonal skills: organize, communicate, and interact with a company's people daily.
• Organization skills: must handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks, are also responsible for maintaining a large amount of data and paperwork.
• Public speaking and communication skills: must communicate company policies and decisions clearly and with authority, often give presentations to clients and lead company meetings.
• Teamwork: collaborate with the company's other managers, should be able to work well with colleagues during meetings, on projects and when making decisions.
• A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
• English proficiency in both writing and speaking.
