As an Account Manager, you will be the key bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution and driving business growth.
Manage and grow relationships with key clients (brands, e-commerce teams)
Lead project execution across media, content, and e-commerce operations
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value
Work closely with internal teams (media, creative, data) to deliver results
Analyze performance and propose optimization strategies
Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership
Yêu cầu
2-5 years experience in Account, Digital, E-commerce, or Agency
Strong communication and client management skills
Understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada is a plus
Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with reports and performance metrics
Proactive, ownership mindset, able to work in a fast-paced environment
