About the role
As an Account Manager at BCM, you'll be a pivotal force in driving client success. You'll leverage your strategic thinking and exceptional communication skills to develop tailored solutions that address our clients' unique business challenges. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with assigned clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
Ensure clear, consistent communication to exceed client expectations and foster long-term partnerships.
Project Management:
Develop and manage project plans in collaboration with internal teams, outlining timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones.
Oversee the successful execution of projects according to BCM's established processes and client commitments.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Collaborate on proposal development and client presentations, demonstrating the value of BCM's services.
Manage financial aspects of client accounts, including P&L responsibility.
Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with creative, planning, and social media teams to develop and execute compelling campaigns across various channels.
Ensure campaigns deliver against client objectives and brand strategy.
Business Acumen:
Demonstrates a strong understanding of
digital marketing and e-commerce best practices.
Track project profitability and identify opportunities for optimization.
Possess a deep understanding of popular social media platforms, their functionalities, and user behaviors.
Advise clients on content strategy, planning, and execution to maximize engagement and growth.
Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the digital marketing field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Passionate leader who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including user behavior, content creation, and analytics.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce principles.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices.
Ability to analyze client briefs and develop strategic solutions.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Local Vietnamese with strong English communication skills.
