This Account Manager job might be for YOU, if:
You have:
At least 1 year of experience in an Account Manager role or 3+ years as an
Account Executive, ideally within an advertising or creative agency environment
A solid foundation in core account management skills, including writing and interpreting briefs, budget tracking, WIP management, file organization, and professional meeting facilitation
Hands-on experience delivering integrated 360° campaigns from client briefing to final execution
Strong consultative skills, providing strategic direction based on client needs and agency capabilities
A good understanding of clients' business landscapes, objectives, and competitive environment
You're good at:
Account & Campaign Management
Manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution across influencer, social, digital, creative, and production, ensuring deliverables are on brief, on time, within scope, and aligned with KPIs.
Manage and guide Account Executives and cross-functional teams, while overseeing budgets, suppliers, resources, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and effective delivery.
Influencer & Partner Management
Manage KOL, influencer, creator, and platform relationships end-to-end, from identification and negotiation through briefing, content delivery, and performance tracking.
Build and maintain a strong network of relevant creators and partners, staying up to date with local and regional trends to inform campaign strategies and recommendations.
Project & Account Management:
Managing end-to-end campaigns from briefing to delivery
Overseeing timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables with consistency and quality
Financial & Performance Management:
Handling budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
Monitoring campaign KPIs and delivering clear, actionable reports
You're extra awesome at:
Bringing positive energy and a collaborative spirit to the team
Demonstrating strong deal-closing and negotiation abilities
Balancing creativity with commercial awareness
