I. Scope of work:
Role purpose
-Support the Account Director in planning and account handling, manage the
Account Executive and monitor their workload, as well as help, develop their skill sets.
-Create the opportunity for strategy and digital specialists to contribute fully.
-Come to driving collaboration across internal cross-functional teams with partners and in terms of building strong client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
-Follow the company process, inspires the team, understands the client's needs, and solves everyone's issues.
With client:
- Be responsible for the management of the clients.
- Build business relationships to get more projects.
- Project manages clients' communications plans including timelines and budget;
- Builds strong client relationship as a trusted advisor to client; handling objection successfully via identifying decision-maker, client's internal situation and way of working.
- Provides deployment plan details and updates to clients;
With Project
Planning phase
- Supports Account Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs.
- Executes these solutions through the communications planning process.
- Prepare market research for the proposal and collab with other teams for presenting to client.
- Finding innovative ideas and sharing them with the internal team.
- Create Quotation & Master Plan, Timeline (Key milestone).
- Presents regularly both internally and to clients.
Execution/ Report phase
- Manages closely Account Executive on Project: reviews, feedback, development plans.
- Be responsible for delivering and managing integrated campaigns on time.
- Managing self and/or team by closely working with internal teams to solve daily project progress, quality and solve problems in a timely manner.
- Make daily/weekly/monthly reports to clients on projects' results and progress.
- Monitor project quality. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope, and meet with required quality standards. Proactive to fix and optimize KPI outcomes for under-performance items.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with key celebrities/KOLs, hot fan page/community, etc.
- Well coordinate and maintain good relationship with clients, authorized agencies, third-party vendors, internal resources, etc. to ensure the deliverables to clients
General
- Manages team and client's expectation to meet the KPIs of projects and accurately tracks costs;
- Manage project cost efficiency and be responsible for achieving the agreed-upon profit targets for all projects.
- Leverages internal relationships
- Managing and coaching staff to run projects well.
- Ensure that all projects are compliant to the company's standard integrated working process.
- Proactively communicate project status, team operation, issues and risks to line manager weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually in a timely manner.
II. Requirements
- Currently pursuing Degree in in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field (Journalism, Languages, International Relations, Foreign Trade, etc.)
- At least 3-4 years' experience in related job
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), and other related programs.
- Communication and product/planning skills
- Proactive, Multitasking, Detail-oriented, Result-oriented, Responsible.
- Management (Plan-do-check-act) principles & leadership.
- Presentation & persuasion.
- Project management & customer service's mindset.
- Proficiency in English (intermediate) & Vietnamese.
