- Project Acquisition: Identify and develop new project opportunities.
- Consultancy & Solutioning: Provide expert office furniture interior solutions.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain sustainable long-term relationships with clients.
- Market Intelligence: Search for upcoming office projects via market reports and professional networking.
- Quantity Take-off: Perform quantity take-offs from CAD drawings or interior layouts.
- Bidding & Quoting: Prepare detailed quotations, company profiles, and bidding documents for large-scale projects.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Contract Management: Manage bidding documents and contracts.
- Project Delivery:
- Coordinate with the logistics and technical teams to supervise delivery and installation on-site.
- Ensure the installation team adheres to the approved layout and product quality standards.
- Handover: Conduct project acceptance, handovers, and assist the accounting department with debt collection based on project milestones.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Construction, Architecture, Foreign Trade, Foreign Languages, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
Experience: Previous experience in interior design consultancy is a plus.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong presentation skills and English communication proficiency.
Qualities: Excellent information-gathering and analytical skills; high sense of responsibility and effective problem-solving abilities.
Work Location: 106 Nguyen Van Kinh St, Cat Lai Ward, Thu Duc City (Former District 2), HCMC.
