Responsibilities
Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
Own a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual
digital marketing discussions and budgets.
Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
Manage stakeholders, build relationships with the end customer or agencies.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales,
business development, online media environment, or digital marketing roles.
Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience meeting quarterly business and product growth goals.
Experience pitching and consulting customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
Experience customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
Experience in stakeholder management, building relationships with end customers or agencies.
Ability to own an advertising or media sales portfolio in Germany, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
