We are looking for an experienced Account Supervisor.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
ACCOUNT (80%)
- Forecasting and planning for team's KPIs to reach the yearly target of the company
- Recommend proactively necessary improvements for the Department
- Understand and ensure the client's strategy is well executed.
- Consult with clients on business needs.
- Project's P&L management, including internal and 3rd party costs to ensure the project's margin.
- Work collaboratively with other internal teams, including Planning, Content Creative and other Social Listening Companies in YouNet Group (Buzzmetrics, YouNet Media, Mango Digital, Fanscom) to ensure the best result for client(s)
BUSINESS (20%)
Current Client
- Gaining trust and maintaining good relationships aim to promote the expansion of business with existing clients.
- Creating opportunities to grow business in terms of revenue on assigned accounts.
- Consulting client to the right direction based on agency's capabilities and client's need
New Client
- Supporting Operations Manager & Managing Director to approach new clients from You-Buzz's Business Development for selling.
- Acquiring new clients and new services for the agency is PLUS.
REQUIREMENTS
Experiences & Knowledges
- Have at least one year at the same position & at least 3-4 years experience in related fields.
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
- Have experience in managing a team
- Integrated marketing communications
- Social Media Marketing & Influencer Marketing
- Social Listening & Social Analytics is a plus
Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation skill (both Vietnamese & English)
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Effective team management capabilities
