- Financial Analysis:

This specialty requires the ability to perform in a contract environment and provide relevant and accurate financial information with integrity, analysis and recommendations enabling business office (CPE and DPE, CM, RFS manager) to achieve their business goals and high customer satisfaction.
The expertise to perform the base role satisfies all the requirements of this specialty.
This specialty may include some or all of the following: preparing and recording, on a timely and accurate basis, the contract's financial performance using Generally Accepted Accounting Principles which will ensure accurate and consistent reporting of the contract financial results (revenue/cost/GP); performing analysis, investigate variances to pricing case/forecast and profitability reporting; performing critical tasks as signings validation and backlog certification and run-out activity; assisting where appropriate in the pre-signature phase with finance advice on key elements of the contract; supporting the business in interpreting the performance future view providing sound management information and interpretation while ensuring high standards of financial control and analyzing and interpreting financial data, requiring knowledge of accounting theory and application of corporate policies, practices and procedures on contract level.

- Account Receivable:

This job role covers accounts receivable collections as well as handling of bankruptcy and litigation activities

- From 2-3 year of experience with related positions or responsibilities.
- Financial Analysis:

Employees in this specialty maintain high sensitivity to control fundamentals and posture for the organization as well as interpret and implement corporate accounting instructions and control procedures relative to both internal and external requirements. Responsibilities may also include analysis and review with management, of monthly financial performance (year-to-year, sequential trending).
This specialty also includes providing summaries and evaluations of the output and analysis in developing consolidated views of profitability/financial positions and provides reviews with the finance line and executive management.

- Account Receivable:

People in this role are responsible to maintain client relationships by supporting the A/R fulfillment process, taking ownership of A/R problem resolution, collecting open receivables, accurately handling processing/transaction requirements, applying effective research techniques, and promoting client satisfaction and sales productivity.
Execute defined A/R processes, in line with business controls and business objectives.

- Good communication in English is neccessary.
- Additional information:

This is a short-term (7-months) contract, working location based in Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.
The Compensation package includes attractive salary plus project bonus.
