Key Responsibilities
• Attend in teams providing secondment accounting services to clients such as follows task:
• Perform or review monthly and annual accounting works for Clients; A/R A/P, Invoice management, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare or review monthly payroll for Clients' employees;
• Prepare or review documentation to complete social and health insurance procedures as well as labor procedures.
• Prepare or review tax returns (PIT, CIT, VAT, FCT).
• Prepare and review financial statements and work with the auditor, and tax inspector for the related issues (if any)
• Prepare or review other compulsory reports.
• Work with related authorities when required.
• Communicate directly to clients for daily tasks in English and Vietnamese.
• Support the internal team for the ad-hoc tasks.
Yêu cầu
• University qualification in economics/finance or accounting
• +3 years of accounting experience
• F&B industry experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of regulation, accounts payable, and general accounting procedures
• Having experience with Tax accountant under Vietnam Tax Law
• Having experience in making Finance reports
• Knowledge of Excel plus other accounting software
• Be good spoken and written English
• Having experience in a consulting firm is a plus
• A Chief Accountant Certificate is a plus
• Be self-motivated and work well in a team
