Mô tả công việc
1. Receive, Verify Debit Notes, and Issue VAT Invoices
Receive, verify Debit Notes, issue VAT invoices, send scanned copies to the responsible PIC, and store soft copies of the Debit Notes.
Compile and track all Debit Notes issued within the month.
2. Receive and Archive Documents
Verify the legality of invoices and documents based on the company's matrix.
Report to management any documents that do not comply with regulations.
3. Track and Deliver Invoices to Customers on Time
Monitor and request relevant departments to submit documents to the Finance & Accounting Department (FAD) on time.
Prepare tracking lists of received invoices and send them to customers.
Send invoice tracking reports on time.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Yêu cầu
Final Year students, major in Finance, Accounting or Auditing.
Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
Detail-oriented and meticulous
Available for a full-time internship from Monday to Friday, for a duration of 3 to 6 months
Working Address: VSIP 1, Thuan An, Binh Duong
