Mô tả công việc

This position will be in charge and complete financial and accounting jobs
AR accountant:
Issue VAT invoice to customer
Mach AR invoice and receipt
Follow AR outstanding.
AP accountant:
Verify payment request/payment document and AP invoice.
Make payment order.
Match AP payment
Cashier:
Control safe box
Follow daily cash in and out.
Manage daily cash balance.
Petty cash accountant
Issue Receipt and payment by petty cash
Match Payment and Receipt by petty cash
Manage daily cash book balance.
Bank accountant:
Follow all transactions & issues with the bank.
Follow receipt and payment.
In charge for bank reconsideration
Other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance or equivalent
2 years of work experience at the same position
Good knowledge at accounting and tax regulation
Required Skills/Abilities:
Good at Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Intermediate in English (mandatory), Japanese/ Korean/ Chinese should be an advantage.
Being able to work independently and being proactive in solving related issues.
Adapting to high pressure work environment
Good communication skill in both verbal and written.

Quyền lợi

Working Place: TTC Building, No. 19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi City
Working time: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:35 PM
Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
Annual Salary Increase: once per year
Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
Insurance: 24 hours' Accident Insurance, 100% Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
Others: International working environment with many opportunities for learning and development, training courses, company trip, etc.
