Accountant (Turkey)

JOB Description/Responsibilities:

● Data entry in the accounting/ticketing system. (Expenses, invoices, bills, payments). ● Participate in event settlement for event organizer.

● Participate in Monthly Bank Reconciliation.

● Assist with the audit needs during the audit period.

● Assist with the VAT filling reports.

● Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

● Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms. ● Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

● Submit and reconcile expense reports when needed.

● Organize travel arrangements and bookings when needed.

● Reply, solve, and handle customers inquiries for payment issues. ● Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records.

● Audit, review, and record business trip expenses.

● Maintains supplies inventory and orders office supplies.

● Act as document controller of the company's legal documents.

● Basic Administrative Tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

● Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Finance Manager.

Skills:

● Basic Bookkeeping.

● Data Entry and Basic Accounting Principles.

● Basic Administrative Knowledge.

● Proficient in MS Excel.

● Analytical, flexible, and systematic at work.

● Detailed and result-oriented.

● Self-starter and well-motivated.

● Written Communication.

● Self-motivation and Problem-Solving.

Job requirements:

● Bachelor's degrees in accounting.

● Minimum Two years of experience.

● English language speaking and writing (mandatory)

● Timing Flexibility
