Mô tả công việc
Having experience into preparing tax reports is highly appreciated.
Ability to prepare profit and loss report with insights on areas of improvement.
Book keep and record keeping for all company purchases, invoices, and contracts.
Close monitor of all company expenses as well as income.
Close monitor of all materials and stock, usage, cost, Wastage, purchasing and level and provide order to store manager for ordering more materials accordingly.
Prepare staff contacts as well as documents required for recruitment and maintaining labor relationships.
Review staff salary on a quarterly basis based on markets averages and staff contribution.
Calculate salary for all staff monthly including attendance and vacation.
Prepare a salary slip for all staff.
Responsible for all company purchases
Managing relationship with suppliers
Any other task requested by CEO.

Experience in Ecommerce operations related is preferred.
Experience in food industry, production or safety is highly preferred.
Multitasker, well organized, good command in store accounting and calculation, good understanding off warehouse operation.
Knowing English is a MUST
Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
Sales and Organization Skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work effectively within a team
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
