Mô tả công việc
Financial Reporting, Tax & Financial Management, HR, and Import-Export Finance:
I. Accounting Records Handling: Responsible for verifying documents, recording accounting books, and editing daily documents (or verifying the company's accounting book records). Collect, compile, edit, and submit documents, accounting books, reports, etc. Record income and expenditures, and maintain ledgers. Perform monthly reconciliation checks on management accounts to ensure account balances are clear and reasonable. Periodically verify bank deposits, cash, receivables, payables, and internal transactions. Transfer income and costs (or verify company operations) according to regulations, predict the year's profit in advance, and report to the CEO. Responsible for reviewing invoices in payment requests to ensure the accuracy and compliance of the reimbursement process.
II. Financial Reporting: Prepare and verify financial reports. Coordinate audit work with tax authorities and the Board of Directors.
III. Tax Management: Issue invoices, manage input and output invoices, and prepare ledgers. Implement early tax payment warnings before tax obligations arise and establish a reasonable tax plan. Tax declarations (or verify business declarations), including VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax, licensing fees, customs duties, etc. Handle monthly export tax refunds for export business activities. Final settlement and payment of corporate income tax and personal income tax. Establish good communication relationships with tax authorities, customs, and other departments.
IV. Other Responsibilities: Responsible for HR management, including employee recruitment and payroll. Perform overall office administration tasks. Handle import-export customs clearance. Job Requirements: Major in accounting with 7 years of experience, capable of independently completing accounting tasks. Understand accounting standards, tax laws, and other relevant legal regulations. Proficient in using office software and basic financial software. Honest, reliable, responsible, with excellent communication skills and a strong team player. Adhere to the company's rules and regulations, comply with company management, and be loyal to the company. Professional accounting qualifications or experience working in an accounting firm will be prioritized.
