Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an Accounting Manager (Manufacturing, $1700, ID15286)
Ensure all administrative-related costs and overhead are properly booked. Verify all receipts, payments, checks, and vouchers. Maintain required and statutory books and records in compliance with national and local GAAP and IFRS standards, the company's accounting practices, and the law of the land.
Make sure there is a monthly bank reconciliation, and promptly follow up on any unreconciled issues.
Work with the bank to arrange for bank statements, L/C, remittance, and credit/debit advice.
Verify the correctness of the checks and payments before cutting the finance seal and delivering the funds to the top management who will sign them.
Examine the company's foreign exchange needs with other departments, and advise the manager or supervisor on any necessary foreign exchange hedging.
Determine prospects for tax optimization, suggest, and implement ideas or actions to maximize taxes, including taking advantage of tax benefits where appropriate.
Answering questions, and providing information to authorities about tax computation, VAT reporting, and communicating with the tax agent
Make sure that taxes are paid following applicable group rules, processes, and local laws in the appropriate countries or regions.
Examine and confirm that internal controls are established and operating efficiently. Utilizing the Risk Control Matrix and other resources, do reviews and inspections.
Make sure all documents and paperwork are in order following organization policies and local legal requirements.
Create monthly funding/loan forecasts and cash flow statements, then submit them for approval to the financial controller. In charge of entering data into the Group Cash Forecasting System and guaranteeing forecast correctness

Periodically review the company's existing insurance requirements and provide the Financial Controller with advice on appropriate insurance coverage for the company's assets.
Keep group insurance plans current and ensure that they are renewed on schedule. To secure claims, follow up with the insurance company and the insurance broker agent.
Create monthly payroll registers and reports and keep track of budgetary progress by communicating with the HR payroll department. Record all payroll transactions in your books and offer the required analysis.

Male/Female
Bachelor degree in Accounting or a related major
Have 5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years of experience in a management position
Having a CPA or ACCA certificate is a plus
Proficient in ERP software experience is a must, ability to use Microsoft Navision and SAP is preferred
