Accounting Manager

Job Purpose: Ensuring that all accounting processes align with Headquarter Finance and current financial legislation as well as preparing business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Controlling, reporting, and presenting the Financial Statements of the company.
• Checking financial period closing and year closing procedures are carried out as required.
• Be-in-charge of the preparation of Group reports (BS-PL-OH-Capex) and local statutory reports (including Investment project report, quarterly VAT and CIT reports, CIT finalization report, Audited FS as per VAS), TP matters.
• Preparation of reports requested by Top Management and HQ Finance.
• Providing the necessary support and following up on accounts reconciliations and accruals before monthly closing.
• Provide requirements of controlling for FI, AA, SD, MM module to SAP team and prepare UAT set up to ensure the SAP setup is in line with planning.
• Carrying out the accounting of personnel expenses and following up on payment approvals.
• Work closely with Supply Chain department to prepare the dossier to get import duty exemption for machineries mentioned in the feasibility study.
• Being responsible of performance and improving competencies, knowledge, and managerial skills of the general accounting team and organizational efficiency.
• Build relationships with Tax team and control the process to get VAT refund during investment project period.
• Predicting the potential risks.
