Accounting Officer (aeon mall hue - 357)

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Accounting Officer.
+ Work location: AEON MALL Hue - 6th Floor, Vietinbank Building, No. 2 Le Quy Don Street, Phu Hoi Ward, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue (Temporary office).
+ Working time: On average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
+ Report to: Executive/ Senior Executive.
Main job function: Ensure to record the accurate tenant's revenue and rental fee, providing a stable payment system for tenants in order to bring the convenience and satisfaction to customers, reducing tenant's cheating sales.
1. Daily check tenant's sales report, bank data and handle all issues ensuring the accurate sales and bank data and collecting tenant's sales and deposit timely and fully
2. Daily assist tenant's using payment system, training tenant about Aeonmall's payment rules, payment system, handling all issue of payment system
3. Update tenant master and make settlement (periodically settlement for tenant sales' data, tenant's bank data, tenant's fee)
4. Check tenant's sales, working with tenant and sales team to give the accounting conclusion about tenant's violation and cheating sales
5. Deploy new payment system, solving issues of payment system in order improve the quality of system
6. Support tenants in opening and closing store
7. Make report, supporting other teams
8. Other tasks assigned by superiors
