Accounting Team Leader

Coherent Vietnam, a branch of Coherent Corp., a global leader in engineered materials and optoelectronic components, is a vertically integrated manufacturing company that develops products for applications in the industrial, optical communications, aerospace and defence, life sciences, semiconductor capital equipment and consumer markets.
Coherent Vietnam is planning significant investments in the southern province of Dong Nai. We aim to develop high-tech projects in advanced optics and semiconductor (SiC) manufacturing. This initiative, located in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, involves an investment capital of hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars and is set to begin operations by the end of 2024.
− Financial reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statements.
− Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor the annual budget.
− Internal controls: Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures, monitor internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
− Financial analysis: Conduct financial analyses, provide insights into financial performance of manufacturing operations.
− Process improvement: identify and implement process improvement to enhance efficiency
and accuracy in financial reporting and accounting processes.
− Project: working with production team to validate the financial data to ensure financial data accuracy.
− ERP system management: utilize and optimize the ERP system for accounting and financial functions.
− Risk managements: identify financial risks, proposing and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
