Mô tả công việc

• Receiving and processing all invoices and credit notes to the correct vendor accounts
• Coding invoices to the correct division and GL - distributing to the correct functional manager.
• Investigating supplier queries re payment due dates and any discrepancies (if any).
• Posting shipping costs to stock invoices
• Preparing payment runs
• Monthly statement reconciliations between supplier statements and ERP postings

Yêu cầu

• Must have proven and previous experience (2+ years) as a Payable Officer maintaining a large ledger
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment
• Success in reducing outstanding debts
• Intermediate/Advanced EXCEL skills
• Ability multi-task and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Problem Solving Skills
• Ability to work independently
• High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers
• Previous Retail Sector experience desirable but not essential
• AP21 experience desirable but not essential
