Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivables and Payables Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) and experience in managing accounts for clients, including handling their day-to-day accounting needs. This is a remote position based in Vietnam, with core working hours from 2:00 AM to 7:00 AM Vietnam time for part-time work or 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM for full-time work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivables and payables for client accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their accounting needs in English.
- Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
- Provide ongoing support to clients with any accounting-related inquiries.
- Prepare and submit financial reports as required.
