Reconcile sales across channels, such as stores, website, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and payment gateways, against POS / order data and related settlement reports.
Match cash, card and e-wallet receipts with daily sales; record platform deductions (commission, service and payment fees, co-funded vouchers, shipping, refunds) and investigate differences.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and issue invoices for cases not covered by the automatic e-invoice process.
Issue claimback and TTA invoices to vendors once they confirm, and send the monthly sales listing (claimback, returns) to AP SRV.
Follow up settlements and collections from platforms, payment gateways and COD partners; track receivable aging by channel and escalate overdue balances.
Handle returns, refunds and cancelled orders, including adjustment / replacement invoices and credit notes, and reconcile VAT OUT between Odoo, Viettel and the e-invoice portal every month.
Maintain accurate AR records, customer account details and supporting reports.
Monitor overdue or irregular balances, follow up collections, and escalate unresolved issues where necessary.
Prepare monthly AR metrics and perform AR-related month-end closing activities, including revenue and cash reconciliation by channel, unreconciled items and AR aging; provide AR schedules for audit.
Improve and propose automation opportunities using Google Sheets, Apps Script, Odoo reports or other tools to reduce manual work.

Bachelor degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance
At least 3 years of experience in the relevant role
Having experience in retail is a must, cosmetics / FMCG or e-commerce is a plus
Must have experience in working with accounting software/ERP and mass databases (Odoo preferred)
Good knowledge of VAS/IFRS, VAT and e-invoice rules for retail sales
Superior data management and data analysis skills
Behavioural competencies: willing to learn, logical thinking, flexibility, agile, responsibility.
Able to use English at work, with good reading and writing skills
Careful, detail-oriented and honest when handling cash and data
Sense of urgency; handles high transaction volumes during month-end closing period; works well with Sales, E-commerce, Store Operations and Customer Service
Willing to work extra hours at month-end closing and during audit
