Operations Performance Specialist

We are looking for an Operations Performance Specialist who can bridge manufacturing operations and data analytics to improve business performance.
This opportunity is with a Vietnamese technology startup in the green mobility/electric vehicle space, where technology, manufacturing and operational excellence come together.
The company is building increasing levels of technological and manufacturing capabilities in Vietnam, with a strong focus on product development, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

What you will do Business & Operations Performance
Monitor operational performance across Supply Chain, Manufacturing and related functions
Work closely with the manufacturing shop floor to understand workflows and standardize performance metrics
Analyze bottlenecks, capacity constraints, productivity losses, inventory risks and performance gaps
Build and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical solutions
Turn operational data into actionable insights for management
Project Management & Continuous Improvement
Coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives
Build project plans, milestones and action trackers
Monitor progress, risks and business impact
Facilitate problem-solving and ensure actions are implemented
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or related fields
3 years of experience in Operations Performance/Operations Analytics within a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar
Strong hands-on experience writing SQL queries
Experience with Python, Pandas and NumPy for data processing/report automation
Hands-on experience extracting data from ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Good communication skills with both factory teams and senior management
