KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
I, Product Development
a, Product Development
Participate in the development of life insurance products, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and adhere to project timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and launch new products.
b, Taking part in product projects and coordinating between internal and external resources for the project execution to deliver products and product packages, including:
Execute market research and analysis regarding competitors' product features;
Coordinate to define product value proposition and product commercial design;
Determine and define project scope and objectives;
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
II, Product Monitoring
a, Coordinate with stakeholders to consolidate:
Sales and customer feedback about the product after launching;
Possible impacts on existing products (regulatory impacts, risk impacts, financial impacts, etc.);
Coordinate with stakeholders to analyze the issues (if any) and to propose solutions;
b, Manage follow-up actions to resolve issues.
a, Qualification: University degree (or above), preferably in Business, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or related fields
b, Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience in product/project management in the Insurance/Banking industry
c, Certification
