- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Assist in preparing and submitting reports for management, including expense reports and operational updates.
- Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement.
- Prepare purchase orders and track orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain an updated list of suppliers and track performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify procurement needs and plan
purchasing activities accordingly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stock shortages or excess.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with the company's policies and procedures.

- Bachelor or College's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foster good relationships with suppliers.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative and purchasing roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ability to handle various administrative and purchasing responsibilities concurrently.
- Able to analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Capable of meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Work effectively with different departments to ensure operational support and seamless procurement processes.
