1. Receptionist
- Welcoming guests to the company in a professional way.
- Switchboard management: Receive incoming calls, provide information or transfer to relevant departments. Make sure the transmission is always working properly.
- Receive all kinds of letters, dispatches, parcels, etc., which are delivered to the departments.
- Provide company forms (both hard copy and soft copy)
- Create and display slides/video on TV every day
2. Administration
2.1 Ordering/Booking
- Booking air tickets, hotels, cars for internal employees and Group's guests
- Order lunch for training sessions, meetings, welcome guests.
- Manage orders for pantry, namecard, stationery, etc.
- Order flowers/fruits as departments' request.
2.2 Payment
- Ensure monthly payments accuracily and timely (pantry, travel expenses, telephone, stationery, office rental, etc.)
- Create PR/ PO/ Good Receive on the system for all departments.
- Managing the annual administrative budget and budget plan for the new year.
2.3 Office management
- Manage and keep the company's seal in accordance with regulations.
- Working with the building management on fire protection issues / Deploying building announcements, guest registration, refrigeration systems, etc.
- Manage Housekeeping Staffs to ensure the office is always professional, clean and tidy.
- Ensure office facilities are always in good working.
- Organize 5S audit activities for office regularly.
2.4 Others
- Visa for employees on business trips and Group's guest.
- Support for employee engagement activities (Women's day, Chrismas, etc.)
- Other tasks as Line Manager's request.

Bachelor degree with major in Human Resources, Economics, English, etc.
2. Experience/ Kinh nghiệm:
Fresh graduate or 1 year experience
3. Skills & Ability/ Kỹ năng:
Agile and willing to learn
Good problem solving skills, creative, dynamic
Good customer mindset
Good communication skills (English is preferred), fluently.
Ability to design/edit video/create content is an advantage.
