Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a Admin Executive cum Receptionist:
• Work as an in charge of all front desk operations.
• Support HR & Admin in Hanoi in managing administrative department, maintain a safe and secure work environment and maintaining office efficiency, plan and implement office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
*** Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receive and file incoming letters, documents.
• Supply and manage office equipment, machines or properties to office and manufactures, kitchen utilities.
• Schedule meeting if any.
• Welcome/Receive visitors relating to work.
• Meal, water for Employees.
• Records, monitor expenses, raise monthly invoices.
• Monitor on-going activities and revise contracts.
• Maintain stationary supplies and coordinating deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Supplier managements: photo, printing, furniture, mail & post...
• Office management: stationery, cleaning services, taxi card, telephone, mobile phone
• Office expense: water, electricity, logistic support for experts.
• Coordination for drop and pick up employee if any.
• Coordination with BU for using hondaman to sending and collecting sample from sample rooms and factories.
• Make a plan for car maintenance and make a schedule every month.
• Make the report gasoline and condition of the car.
• Check overtime pay & medical allowance of drivers.

No. 100, Alley 47, Quang Khanh Street, Quang An Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi
*** Working Hour:
Mon - Fri: 8:30 - 17:30
Lunch time: 12:00 - 13:00

Yêu cầu công việc
• University degree
• Speak and write fluently in both Vietnamese and English
• Fresh graduate or one year of experience
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Good stakeholder management ability
• Good organization skill
• Attention to details and high sense of responsibility
• Good at Microsoft office - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
