Bi-directional Route Development: Assist in the development and optimization of logistic routes involving Vietnam and China, encompassing air, air-to-truck, and ocean-to-truck connections.
Meeting Facilitation: Actively participate in meetings with airlines and shippers to discuss and align on strategic initiatives and operational execution.
Airline and Shipper Management: Support the management and nurturing of partnerships with airlines and shippers, including scheduling and attending strategic meetings to ensure effective partnership and operations alignment.
New Route Development: Collaborate in the identification and development of innovative logistical routes to enhance service efficiency and reach.
Market and Route Analysis: Conduct evaluations of new and existing routes, focusing on improving connectivity and operational efficiency between Vietnam and China.

Yêu cầu công việc
Open to candidates with diverse levels of experience.
Familiarity with the Vietnamese and Chinese business cultures and logistics market dynamics.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, both verbal and written .
Experience in customer service with Chinese customers is considered a significant plus.

Quyền lợi được hưởng
Full-time contract offered post-probation period.
Insurance as per Vietnamese state regulations.
Standard holidays and New Year holidays as per state regulations.
Salary range(Gross): 20 mil to 43 mil VND, negotiable based on candidate's qualifications and experience.
Working hours: Monday to Friday at office and Saturday morning work from home.
