Coordinate with Department Heads in making recruitment plans based on business plans, departmental operational plans periodically or as required.
Prepare, manage and control budgets periodically or as required.
Manage information, transfer and save files of letters, official documents, fɑx sent from outside and from within the company.
Stationery management
Drafting administrative documents.
Payment of monthly expenses
Support other administrative and human resource tasks: timekeeping, leave, office management....

- Good communication skills and teamwork skills.
- Skillful in using the computer.
- Proficient in English.
- With experience in Admin, secretary.
- Amiable and friendly with everybody.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Able to work under high pressure.
