Mô tả công việc

- Admin tasks including:
• Play as a receptionist: Company telephone calls receiving, guest welcoming, office housekeeping, post mails receiving and sending.
• Book air ticket/ hotel for employees in their business trips.
• Follow up payment for office monthly expenditure including taxi, photocopy rental, stationery fee, courier, car rental, internet and telephone and other Admin expenditure.
- Manage the company taxi cards and Grab service.
- Prepare monthly Admin expense report.
- Organize monthly birthday party for employees at the office.
- Support to facilitate divisions/ departments in the relevant Admin works.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu

- Concept about office administration.
- Good at MS office suite (Outlook, Excel).
- Minimum college degree.
- Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in office administration or related admin tasks.
