The Admin Staff is responsible for performing administrative tasks as regularly assigned and authorized by the higher superior to provide effective administrative services that best serve for business's daily operations and employee experience.
Handle Work Permit jobs including but not limited to preparing documents for new, and renewal Work Permits, Visa, Resident Card, and some documents relevant; to record legal document licenses for Expat.
Keep important company legal documents and prepare documents for amendment or change if any. Keep all vendors' contracts and contracts with customers.
Issue in-house announcements, internal memos, notices, and memorandums to ensure clear employee communication; prepare and control all company admin formats.
Manage and monitor the company's facilities, equipment, fixtures, security, ancillary items, etc. in use. Control of fixed assets of the Company, equipment maintenance and problems arising when there are failures.
Handle the issuance, change, and cancellation of the company seal.
Handle procurement of fixtures, ancillary items, office consumables and retail goods.
Handle procurement, custody, and delivery of in-house ledger, slips
In charge of vehicle dispatcher, managing and issuing gasoline and diesel tickets for company vehicles to ensure company vehicles are properly used and comply with law and company rules.
Manage meeting rooms following the Company's regulations.
In charge of receiving, sending, and handing incoming and outgoing documents, to couriers.
Handles business travel arrangements for employees (airfare, accommodation).
Others as assigned by superior.

► Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in administrative management or equivalent.
5+ years of related experience. Knowledge of KWE's products and services is a plus.
Detailed oriented and service mindset.
Experience in supporting cross-functional teams, and interacting effectively with all levels of the Company.
► Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication.
Customer Service skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Attention to detail.
Time management skills.
Planning skills.
Good documented-computer skills.
Intermediate English skills in communicating by speaking, writing, listening, and reading.
► Working condition & Benefits:
Working Place: Bluesky Office, 01 Bach Dang, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC
Working time: 8:00 - 17:35 Monday - Friday (Close Saturday & Sunday)
Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
Annual Salary Increase: once per year
Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
Insurance: 24 hours' Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
Others: International working environment with a lot of opportunities for learning and development, training courses, company trip, etc.
► Education and Experience
