Ensure the public and working areas of the office are maintained in an ordered and tidy manner at all times.
• Managing and recording office stationery, drinking water and other necessity, softwares (Anti-virus, etc).
• Managing apartment / retail leasing / tenant move-in + move-out / leased premises condition check / tenant fit-out check, etc
• Being in charge of all administration duties such as:
+ Making payment request / account receivable and keeping record for all revenue, and expenses, and account payable, etc
+ Timekeeping staffs / drivers / etc
+ Booking air plane ticket and accommodation and Visa application (Outsourcing Company handles)
+ Managing Documents (Contracts, Invoices, Supporting Documents, etc)
+ Communicating with management company and tenants for payment and other issues (if necessary)
+ Other works as assigned by manager
• Detailed tasks will be discussed in the interview
- University Degree or above.
- At least 03-year experience in the HR/GA position in foreign company or currently experience in
Admin Manager position
- Strong verbal and written English language skill
- Good analytical, planning, organizing and problem solving skills
- Good presentation skill
- A positive and flexible working attitude, professionalism and punctuality
- Honest and careful
- Good knowledge of Vietnam law.
- Doing English interpretation and translation when required
