Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
Administration
- Drive the deployment of operation the internal activities to support other team members (sales team, administration team, purchasing team) to work smoothly
- Build partnerships with local service suppliers in logistics, banks, and so on.
- Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced and continuously improve the keys metrics of productivities, services quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare for meetings / reports / trainings / business trips
Import - Export Documentation
- Check the import - export document (Bill of lading, invoice, packing list, phytosanitary, CO, CITES cert)
- Follow up shipment schedules and inform to the BOD and sales team members
- Prepare sales contracts to customers and suppliers
- Keep records of payment to suppliers and survices providers
Internal Accounting and HR
- Collect and keep all the VAT invoices, sales / service contracts and other paperwork
- Keep track of all the expenses and liabilities to run the office smoothly
- Oversee the work performance of employees and do the daily timekeeping, dayoffs, commissions and benefits including making monthly payrolls to the employees
- Manage and check monthly social insurance, medical insurance, unemployed insurance, accident and occupational disease insurance
- Claim insurance (increase / decrease / maternal leave / sick leave)
- Recruitment.

Eligibilities and Requirements:
• Graduated from a College and University with related majors (Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade Administration, etc.)
• Having knowledge of import - export management
• Fluent in English is a must
• At least 1- 2 years of working experience in administration and logistics and Supply Chain Management
• Seft - motivatied and results driven, able to collaborate and ability to work indepently and interdepently.
