Canteen management:
  • Tightly control canteen operation (menu, equipment), food waste, insect at canteen and canteen contractor;
  • Be in charge of ISO 9001, Food Defense, HACCP, and GMP;
Office management:
  • Monitor the company's facilities and handle meeting preparation;
  • Supervise security service;
  • Handle shuttle bus operation (bus stop, list of employees using bus) and other transportation for employees (taxi, Grab);
Environment management:
  • Control liquidation for scraps and food wastes;
  • Manage service for treating garbage, industrial wastes, hazardous wastes, cesspools, etc.;
  • Record the usage amount of electricity and water;
  • Be in charge of ISO 14001;
General management:
  • Keep track of contractors' employee list;
  • Control contracts, payment and archive operation.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, General Affairs or related majors;
  • 2. Fluent in English;
  • 3. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • 4. Friendly, careful, hard - working, willing to learn and responsible;
  • 5. At least 3 years of experience in 1 of these areas: Canteen management, Office management, Environment management & General management;
  • 6. Knowledge in general affairs, accounting, health care is an advantage.
