Major Functions:
ACEC is looking for suitable candidates to support the efficient operation and growth of the ACEC programs. The selected candidate will be responsible for overall operations, administrative and coordination support of ACEC programs and projects at national and regional-levels.
Reporting to the ACEC Program Director and coordinating closely with the Strategy and Policy Engagement Lead, the candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day liaising with the other Secretariat members for operations of the ACEC. We require excellent attention to detail, a good understanding of team dynamics, goal-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills and coordination ability, strong time and priority management abilities.
The ideal candidate should have high-level understanding of - and interest in - RE policy, including market design and the wider energy transition, as well as familiarity with the macroeconomic context of Asia-Pacific territories. The ideal candidate will be based in Asia.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Support in planning and reviewing budgets and expenditures as necessary as well as preparing monthly/quarterly/annual reports and other data as required.
• Support and manage in building IT and administrative infrastructure of ACEC.
• Ensure functionality of operations including coordinating document flow and organization, updating contact list of all related members and stakeholders, purchasing supplies, arranging travels and events, and communication; support with project needs to provide events and meeting coordination across the organization.
• Sharing and coordinating progress on the key activities of ACEC with the members
• Periodically maintain and update the organization's email listservs, Slack channel, and inventory of meetings, events, media features and other related activities.
• Provide support to staff/consultant on the production of travel claims/expense reports, reimbursements and any other relevant admin documentation.
• Provide support to the ACEC Program Director and Project Coordinator of WRI's Global Energy Program in managing back-office activities in renewal of Steering Group Members' agreement and recruitment of new Associate Members.
• Schedule and prepare agendas, taking meeting notes for internal and external meetings.
• Support Program Director and Strategy and Policy Engagement Lead in coordinating and communicating with external partners on reporting requirements and project planning.
• Coordinate conference, webinars and event logistics for domestic and international meetings and workshops, including venue, catering, equipment, translators, travel, per diem and visa support for ACEC staff and event participants.
• Significant other duties as assigned by Program Director.

Yêu cầu
• A bachelor's degree in project management, international relations, public policy, environment, or other related fields with a minimum of 2+ year full-time relevant work experience in administrative and project coordination tasks; or equivalent experience to a degree (four to eight years of work experience in a related field; corporate sustainability, renewable project development or climate change issues)
• Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and interact effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and make clear and timely decisions.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, set goals, create, and implement action plans and monitor progress towards goals.
• Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Slack, and other communication and document-sharing platforms.
• Communicating in excellent spoken and written English, acumen in at least one relevant language (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Bahasa Indonesian, Vietnamese) preferred.
• Experience working virtually with multiple internal and external offices and partner organizations is a plus.
• Highly developed member service skills.
• Requirements: Existing work authorization is required where this position is based.
• Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills.
