Where we are going to
Office Management
Oversee daily office operations and ensure the office is well-maintained
Manage office stationery and place orders as needed
Ensure all office equipment is in good working order and arrange repairs when necessary
2. Communication and Correspondence
Manage and route incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and other communications
Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other agencies
Draft and distribute official company communications, memos, and meeting agendas
Support the HR Department in the onboarding process
3. Vendor and Service Management
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with office suppliers, vendors and service providers
Follow service contracts and assess the quality of services provided, renewing or terminating contracts as necessary
Oversee office-related procurement processes, including obtaining quotes and processing payments
4. Company Event Organization
Plan, coordinate, and execute internal company events such as team-building activities, happy-hours events
Prepare budgets for all events, ensuring cost efficiency

What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related major
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role
Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities under pressure
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related major
