Key Accountabilities
1. Compensation & Incentive Planning (35%)
Support the design and implementation of agency compensation schemes, incentive programs, and sales contests aligned with business objectives.
Perform cost projections and financial impact analysis to ensure program feasibility and stay within the approved budget.
Prepare program proposals, obtain required approvals, and communicate approved scheme to the sales force.
2. Sales Analysis, Contest Monitoring & Forecasting (30%)
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of monthly, weekly and ad-hoc sales contests through performance tracking and analysis.
Prepare sales performance reports, forecasting analysis and presentation materials for management reviews and Sales Meetings.
Analyze sales trends and agency performance data to identify potential risks and opportunities.
3. Budget Monitoring & Expense Control (20%)
Monitor compensation and contest expenses against approved budgets.
Prepare periodic expense tracking reports and budget utilization summaries.
Support budget monitoring and expense reconciliation for incentive programs.
4. Market Research & Benchmarking (15%)
Conduct regular reviews of competitor compensation and incentive practices.
Maintain competitor benchmarking records and market updates for reference.
Support ad-hoc research and data collection as assigned.
Job Requirements
University Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Business Statistic
At least 3 years of experience in Life/Heath Insurance, Financial Services
Strong analytic thinking and data processing skills
Strong communication and presentation skill in both Vietnamese and English
Strong time management skill, problem-solving skill, risk mitigation assessment skill
Fluent in using Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Point
Strong teamwork spirit and cross-functional collaboration
