Agriculture Engineer For Pest & Disease

Greenhouse Management:
· Manage pests and diseases: following safe food and organic certification requirements from initial seeding at the Nursery right through to the harvesting stage and packing.
· Work together with packing for control the quality of goods when harvest, packing and shipping.
· Follow and check schedule of sowing, planting, harvest and report IT.
· Assist to prepare a materials procurement plan (Seed, Fertilizer, Bio-chemical, Coconut peat, packing materials, ETC) for production at farm and approved by Production Manager.
· Keep a strong connection with the R&D Technical team to get solutions when there is any issue (nutrient, pests and disease) with crop production.
· Report on production activity at the Greenhouse to the Production Manager.
· Assist to improve productivity and yield through labor arrangement and optimizing growing processes.
· Assist to create a good relationship with local government.
People and Labor Management:
· Assist to ensure all labor comply with Orlar's internal regulation.
· Assist to ensure training needs are recognized and supported for the team members individually as well as compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Regulations and Statutory requirements.
· Assist to leadership, guiding and supporting the team with clear expectations and consistent follow-up.
· Demonstrate a flexible, mature management style and adapt your actions to influence others to achieve results.
· Promote your ideas persuasively and shape the opinion of your stakeholders and overcome resistance.
· Build consensus for action and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions to problems.

VIETGAP/GLOBALGAP compliance:
· Ensuring compliance of VIETGAP/GLOBALGAP standard at Greenhouse.
· Storing documents for audit.
· Internal audit between Greenhouses.
