Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with researching, designing, applying to develop AI/ML product, deploying models to deliver great user experiences.
- Analyze feedback from customers to improve the products.
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication that enables you to explain complex. concepts to both technical and non-technical members of the team.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical topics to product owners, stakeholders, and other team members.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
- Review code, technical documentation and coding standards.
- Research and suggest new products, applications, design patterns and protocols.
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related major, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Proven in a Machine Learning or AI Engineer or similar roles.
- Proficient in English and ability to work with U.S. and Japan team members.
- Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithm.
- Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture.
- Familiarity with Kafka, Spark, and SQL.
- Ability to write robust code in one of these programming languages, including Python, Java, and C++.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like Keras and PyTorch and libraries like scikit-learn.
- Familiar with Agile methodology.
- Proactive, good at time management and can work without mentorship, willing to research, learn new things and share.
- Hands on experience with Amazon Web Services and/or Azure AI/ML stacks.
