We are seeking a creative, imaginative young talent who is passionate about short video production and eager to use our company's AI tools to create compelling promotional and advertising content for our clients.
If you are fascinated by the question, "what makes viewers stop scrolling to watch a video?", love turning fun ideas into s, media assets, and project files systematically.
Yêu cầu
3rd or 4th year university student majoring in Marketing, Communications, Journalism,
Advertising, or related fields
Solid foundational knowledge of Marketing, especially Social Media Marketing
Passion for and basic understanding of short video content on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Good writing/copywriting skills and creative thinking for scriptwriting
Basic proficiency in one or more video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, InShot, Premiere) with a good visual/aesthetic sense
Sensitivity to trends and social media culture in Vietnam
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of or interest in financial trading/investment is a plus
Candidates with good Chinese communication skills are preferred
Bonus points:
Possess a portfolio featuring AI-generated images, videos, or creative projects.
Prior experience in producing product introduction videos, ads, e-commerce videos, or growing a personal social media channel.
Ability to pitch multiple diverse creative directions for a single product.
Good communication skills in English or Mandarin Chinese.
Internship Duration: 6 months.

Participation in real client projects, learning the end-to-end ad video production pipeline-from ideation and scripting to final production and analyzing ad performance data.
Collaboration with seasoned content and advertising teams, gaining practical project experience and building a strong portfolio of commercial work
