Mô tả công việc
The Air Operation Assistant Manager will be responsible for air operation management, terminal process, documentation process, air import process, and productivity improvement of teams as assigned by the operation manager. He/she will assist the manager in leading, guiding, and giving training for staff to improve their skills and knowledge, and work together with the operation manager in collaborating with other teams to set up internal SOP and KPI for Air Operation (documentation, terminal, air import), and make related reports as required.
► Guide and train Air Operation (Document, Terminal, Air Import)
Assist operation manager in training, guiding operation staff in the Air Operation workflow.
First escalation to solve all operation issues as assigned by the operation manager.
► Collaboration
Coordinate with all other divisions (Sales, CS, Pricing, Procurement) and other stations, follow up with KWE overseas, HQ to establish implementation SOP.
Frequently communicate and review operation processes of stations to adjust SOP.
Connect all staff within the Air Product to run the work smoothly.
► Follow up and monitor internal implementation of SOP, and KPI for Air Operation
Assist the operation manager in the implementation of SOP, and KPI for each account.
Measure KPI of all assigned sections.
Research the terms, and conditions of Terminal Security, and warehouse workflow for normal, special request cargo to instruct the staff and ensure partners', company's compliance.
Propose a clear workflow, and SOP, to ensure the process runs smoothly.
► Assist in managing the Air Operation Division to improve productivity
Regularly review operations with all sections to improve productivity and adapt the scenario.
Guide and support operation for special cases or out of SOP terms and conditions.
Assist manager in monitoring operation performance against set targets and objectives and take countermeasures for improvement when needed.
Ensure full compliance in various areas of operation and risk management.
Advise manager in evaluating challenge sheet for Supervisor level down.
Support to facilitate a suitable working environment.
Monitor OT of the staff.
► Report
Make all relevant reports (EDI, Workflow, KPI) to Superiors as assigned.
Provide report to Sales and if requested.

Yêu cầu
► Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience in a leadership role or equivalent position.
Comprehensive knowledge of the airfreight operation process and the overall logistics.
Good knowledge of geography to assist with the day-to-day movement of freight around the world.
Demonstrated leadership ability to include driving KPIs, and team building.
► Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Advanced in English skills, additional language should be an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, data analysis.
Good teamwork skills and strong self-motivation.
Being able to work under high pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and set priorities team player and able to work in a multi-team environment.
Good at listening skill, Adaptability skill, Initiative
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer service orientation.
Good relationship with warehouses.
► Working condition & Benefits:
Working Place: Bluesky Office, 01 Bach Dang, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC
Working time: 8:00 - 17:35 Monday - Friday (Close Saturday & Sunday)
Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
Annual Salary Increase: once per year
Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
Insurance: 24 hours' Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
Others: International working environment with a lot of opportunities for learning and development, training courses, company trip, etc.
