Mô tả công việc

Receive support requests and issues related to software platform.
Effectively process the first step of analysis to come out with impact/scope of the raised requests/issues.
Feedback to issue owner in a timely manner with useful information.
Support and resolve the in-house application issues using critical thinking and logical reasoning.
Communicate the problems and resolutions to development team to improve the ongoing service delivery.
Assist the development team members with testing and debugging.
Follow up with users regarding the launching and evaluation of new products and services.
Work as a team to develop documentation and provide the training materials.
Participate in development meetings and discussion to add your unique perspective and assist in developing solutions for our internal and external customers.

Yêu cầu

Working knowledge of SQL Databases & software system in general.
Critical and analytical thinking skills.
Demonstrated technical aptitude and troubleshooting techniques.
Good organizational and multitasking skills, with a natural inclination towards problem-solving.
Associates Degree or above in Computer Science or Equivalent.
Good verbal and written communication in English.
Willingness to work overtime and weekend if required.
Self-control under pressure and high responsibility.
Having 1+ year(s) experience in a Business Analyst or Software Tester role or 1+ year(s) of experience working in a software application support position and software development methodologies is a plus.
