Application Support Engineer

We are looking for Application Support Engineer position.

Responsibilities:

• Working as a level 1 application support engineer.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of our applications
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues
• Contact customers to get approval for technical requests
• Create and maintain documentation for supported applications
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat to provide support and resolve issues
• Identify and escalate issues that cannot be resolved in a timely manner
• Provide support for critical issues based on Standard Business Hours

Working location: 27B Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC (work at the office)

Working time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in application support or a related field
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, C#)
• Experience with SQL and database management
• Experience with Content Management Systems
• Experience working with 3rd Party Integrations/APIs
• Experience implementing the application and building the test cases
• Experience with Azure/AWS cloud
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent English communication skills is a must

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of agile software development methodologies
• Experience with incident management tools (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow)
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
