1. Lead and execute implementation and rollout of TripOTA's TravelTech platforms (Booking, API Hub, Reconciliation, TMC, etc.) for clients and internal operations.
2. Take ownership from:
System onboarding
UAT & Go-live support
Post go-live stabilization
3. Work closely with business users to:
Understand operational workflows
Configure and customize system behavior
4. Ensure successful deployment with:
Minimal business disruption
High system adoption
5. Support configuration and customization for:
Booking rules
Pricing / commission logic
Reconciliation & financial flows
6. Collaborate with Dev, QA, Product teams to:
Clarify requirements
Validate system behavior
Deliver enhancements
7. Analyze and troubleshoot real business scenarios:
Booking lifecycle
Refund / reissue / void cases
Payment & reconciliation
8. Prepare documentation:
User guidelines
Training materials
Implementation playbooks
9. Proactively identify gaps and propose:
Process improvements
Product enhancements
Perform other tasks as assigned by management

1. Core Implementation Skills
Strong understanding of:
+ Business workflows & system logic
+ End-to-end system implementation lifecycle
Experience with:
+ System configuration & data mapping
+ UAT support & go-live handling
+ Customer onboarding
2. Data & Validation
Ability to:
+ Validate system data
+ Investigate inconsistencies
Experience with:
+ SQL (basic to intermediate level)
+ Comparing system vs external data sources
3. System & Domain (Important)
Understanding of:
+ Booking lifecycle (search → booking → ticketing → payment)
+ Financial flows (commission, reconciliation, settlement)
Experience working with:
+ APIs / integrated systems
+ Third-party systems (Airlines, GDS, Payment, etc.)
4. Process & Tools
Familiar with: Jira / Azure DevOps or similar tools
Experience working in: Agile/Scrum environment
5. AI & Productivity
Ability to leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to:
+ Analyze issues
+ Prepare documentation
+ Improve productivity
6. Attitudes - Professional Skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
High ownership in:
+ Go-live success
+ Customer experience
Business-oriented mindset (not purely technical)
Strong communication skills: Work effectively with both technical & business stakeholders
