Responsible for thesales set by the company: Year, Quarter, Month and debt per customer.
Recruit and manage local sales team.
Set up a sellout program for the system of dealers and sub-dealers.
Evaluate the market through local sales reports.
Plan promotions, images, counters for the customer system.
Expand and increase dealer system coverage.
Support to answer product questions, warranty, price, company policy.
Report sales results by day, week, month.
Give specific ideas, solutions and recommendations related to the area incharge.
Interact and coordinate with Retail department to offer promotions,conferences, activations, installments, promotions to support sell out.
Statistics and monitoring of results and targets of each dealer accordingto the monthly, quarterly and yearly progress.
Collect information from competitors, analyze, evaluate.
Assist with tasks related tosuperiors.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
3+ years of experiencein a similar role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Experience in the Electronics/Refrigeration/Home Appliances, or Furnitureindustries is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel for business trips
