· Managing and supervising sales of aesthetic channel (Beauty clinics, Spas, private hospitals) in given territory
· Managing the entire product portfolio of KNS International in Aesthetics like Skin care products, HA facial fillers, Mesotherapy, Exosomes, Medical devices etc.
· Ensuring the achievement of individual & Team sales target assigned in every month and year.
· Prepare & monitor sales plans & strategies for the Quarter & the Year.
· Coordinate with Marketing department to set up incentive plan / promotions/ Sales programs to regional customers.
· Training for
sales staff about products and Selling skills
· Identify and build list of potential customers in given territory.
· Supervising and implementing of the prepared Sales plan & strategy
· Make the weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales report.
· Checking, supervising & coaching the medical representatives in and off the feild.
· Proposing solutions to improve business performance & overall sales revenue
· Evaluate the performance of employees periodically and adjust / change if necessary.
· Update market related information, competitor data and other relevant information to the marketing team.
